Embrace your transformation – How I emigrated to Spain (Mallorca)

As the world began to shift in unimaginable ways during the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us found ourselves reevaluating our lives, our choices, and our paths.
For me, the journey started long before the pandemic hit. It began with a decision I made in the quiet moments of reflection, a decision that would lead me
from Germany to emigrate abroad.

In this blog post, I’d like to share how my personal transformation, powered by the practice of ThetaHealing, not only helped me make such a profound life change but also led me to teach others here on the island—and online—about the power of healing, self-discovery, and transformation.

The Call for Change

Years ago, I was living a life that many might have considered “stable.” I was studying, had besides jobs and had a routine. But deep down, I felt an urge for something more than just getting a full time job at a company in the south of Germany, where I come from after studying. It was as if I was being pulled towards something greater, something that would connect me more deeply to myself and to the world around me. I always wanted to learn spiritual methods. That’s why I went to Berlin after my studies. After several certifications of shamanism, energy healing, and reincarnation therapy, I discovered ThetaHealing.

For those unfamiliar, ThetaHealing is a meditation technique and spiritual philosophy that facilitates deep emotional and energetic healing. By accessing the Theta brainwave, a state of deep relaxation and heightened intuition, ThetaHealing allows individuals to uncover subconscious beliefs, release old patterns, and shift emotional blocks that no longer serve them.

As I began practicing ThetaHealing, I quickly realized its transformative power. It didn’t just help me overcome deep-rooted fears and anxieties—it also provided me with the clarity and confidence to pursue the life I truly desired. It was through ThetaHealing that I found the courage to travel the world and embark on the life-changing move from Germany to Spain.

How Thetahealing made me try the different cultures of the world

Since always I felt the call to emigrate to South America – the dream was Mexico! My Ex-boyfriend had the same resonance. But then 2015 after my Bachelor of Arts, I realized that this dream will not come true with him. I was the one having this strong call and power to move forward in life and he just stayed lazy the same.

So I made the decision to move to Berlin for 3 months and then go to South America from there. – I stayed 5 years in Berlin through the fascination of learning spiritual methods, then I discovered Thetahealing. After Basic DNA I tried out living in Morocco. Had a boyfriend there – I loved Morocco since ever… But the men’s world there was not yet ready for a daughter of a Women’s Representative I felt like… So I went back to Berlin.

Then a big divine timing happened of the “women’s marches for peace” and I had the honor to travel to Israel to film the Marches in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and in the peace city in the desert of a part of Gaza.

Then back Berlin the “intuitive anatomy” class that we call the life changer – made me find the spark to travel the world more wide.

I had the realization that I need to try out different places to find my decision where I will finally stay. – So I travelled all the places that my soul was longing to see in this life. Like a list of places that I must see. 

In my childhood I already traveled a lot with my parents – so I already had seen many countries of the world – like we went to Turkey every year, traveled to Oman, European countries and Eastern Bloc countries, USA, Bali,…

My dream was always to see India and it’s spiritual culture, but after 2 weeks there I wanted to leave – very interesting and intense experience – but not for longterm. 

So I went to Thailand for nearly 8 months, fell totally in love with the island Koh Phangan and wanted to just go to Germany and then come back to stay there. 

Back in Germany I remembered the calling that I always had to emigrate to South America. So I realized – I have to go there and try before I make my final decision for Thailand. Also because in Thailand you need to go out every 2 or 3 months by plane to get a new visa. And I had an accident with a motorbike – it is normal there to ride like this. The vision of having my first baby there – driving with me on a motorbike felt dangerous…

South America felt deep for me – the American continent is my deepest root of incarnation – it is where my soul mostly incarnated as indigenous. Nowadays North American culture is different – so I picked out South America to connect back to indigenous style of living. 

Peru was fascinating – but felt not like a place for living. Then Brazil felt like my soul went back home. I remembered the language – not Portuguese but Brazilian style of Portuguese – so I realized that it must have been not long time ago that I incarnated there. – Yes my last life I realized deeply. 

Especially the people made me long to stay there forever. But there was the amazon crisis. People and land were suffering from the fires. It was a community close to Rio Branco, that I fell in love with. A spiritual community that felt like my soul family. 

Then COVID… In quarantine in Germany with my parents – I miss my tribe in Brazil so much… Two crises had been a lot for me. Went back to Berlin – second quarantine…

Hmmm… Where to go? I was told by a Clairvoyant that it is not good for me to go back to Brazil the next – at least 5 years.

So I just went to Mallorca for 3 months after the second quarantine to regenerate myself. – And I just stayed there. – Went back Berlin… just to pack all what was fitting in my yellow Volkswagen van, sold the rest for some euros… drove down over France and since that Palma de Mallorca is my home.

A New Beginning in Palma de Mallorca

Emigrating from Germany to Spain wasn’t just a physical move—it was a soul-level transformation. Leaving behind a life that was familiar, albeit safe, was both exciting and intimidating. I had to confront fears of uncertainty, doubts about my ability to adapt, and the unknowns of living in a foreign country.

But thanks to the deep healing work I had done with ThetaHealing, I was able to move through these challenges with greater ease. It became clear that this move was not just a change of location, but an invitation to step into a more authentic version of myself.

Mallorca, with its vibrant energy and stunning landscapes, became my new home. It felt like a natural fit, and I quickly realized that the island was the perfect backdrop for this next chapter in my life. I was living my truth, and it was all possible because of the healing work I had done on myself using ThetaHealing.

It was also a compromise – but a good one as my family can come to visit. And there are still enough job opportunities and German and English speakers.

Teaching ThetaHealing in Mallorca and Beyond

After settling in Mallorca, I knew that I had to share the incredible benefits of ThetaHealing with others. I began teaching and one-on-one sessions here on the island, helping people uncover the subconscious beliefs and emotional blocks that were keeping them from living their fullest lives. The island provided the perfect setting for this, as its natural beauty and peaceful vibe made it an ideal space for healing.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic presented unexpected challenges, I could also start to teach online. With travel restrictions and social distancing, Vianna had to find a new way so that we are able to teach online. That’s when I began offering ThetaHealing sessions and seminars online and started to assist Flo Ankah – Lifewithflow in New York online.

At first, it was a bit daunting to step into the virtual world. But to my surprise, I found that ThetaHealing could be just as powerful when done remotely. The energy of healing transcends physical distance, and I was able to continue guiding clients through their transformational journeys, no matter where they were in the world. In fact, some clients who had never been able to meet in person were now able to access the benefits of ThetaHealing from the comfort of their own homes.
